At the beginning of last year, the price of seed cotton in some areas was only 4.3-4.5 yuan / kg, and then increased, but the average annual selling price was far lower than that of the previous year. According to the early feedback of some cotton farmers in Changji and Wusu, according to the planting cost and the sales situation last year, the ideal subsidy amount is 1.5-2 yuan / kg. I didn't expect that now I can really get what I want. At the end of March, the first round of subsidy for local cotton farmers in Xinjiang was 0.9 yuan / kg. According to the recent situation that some regions have signed for confirmation, the second round of cotton subsidy is 1.01 yuan / kg. According to this calculation, the total amount of subsidies in the two rounds will reach 1.91 yuan / kg, basically covering the expected target of cotton farmers.
