Changshan Beiming (000158): The Refinancing Securities Lending Business Of Shareholders Holding More Than 5% Shares Has Been Completed
Changshan Beiming (000158) announced on the evening of March 15 that the company disclosed the announcement on the participation of the second largest shareholder in refinancing securities lending business (Announcement No.: 2021-046) on September 16, 2021. The second largest shareholder of the company, Beijing Beiming Weiye Holding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beiming Holdings") intends to participate in the refinancing securities lending business, In case of lending part of the company's shares to China Securities Finance Co., Ltd., the number of shares lent shall not exceed 31972334 shares, i.e. no more than 2% of the total share capital of the company, and the term shall not exceed 6 months from the date of disclosure.
Recently, the company received Beiming holding's notification letter on the completion of refinancing securities lending business. As of March 15, 2022, the refinancing securities lending business of Beiming Holdings has been completed.
